We have implemented a number of measures to protect confidentiality. The selection process is stringent and thorough and people are assessed for their values as well as their technical capabilities. Every person on the team is required to sign a very strict confidentiality/NDA agreement.  We maintain a very high retention rate. We also have one of the lowest attrition rates in the industry. Our premises are protected by 24/6 IP cameras. All key documents are password protected on a need-to-know basis. The client names are also protected using codenames and the chemistry and compound references are carefully guarded.
