Synthetic Chemistry
Our expert team is experienced in synthesising organic molecules to the required high quality specifications using a broad range of synthetic methodologies. We have experience of a wide range of reaction types from high pressure hydrogenation reactions to Suzuki couplings. Our current project experience has involved us working with aliphatic, heterocyclic, chiral, carbohydrate molecules and focused library work.
Our expert Synthetic Chemistry team has a broad array of experience in preparing small molecules at a lab-scale with the required high quality specifications, using diverse synthetic methodologies, which broadly includes:
• Microwave Chemistry
• Synthesis of singles, small arrays
and focused libraries
• Building block synthesis
• Scale-up of intermediates and final
compounds.
• Multi-stage synthesis
• Peptide chemistry, nucleoside
synthesis & natural product chemistry
• Chiral synthesis
• Prodrugs
All our shipped materials receive full characterization with high-field NMR, mass spec, HPLC purity and a full certificate of analysis. Access to databases such as STN and Beilstein provides the team with all the necessary information to modify and develop new synthetic routes.
